MD802 doesn't work for older Fiat correctly - seems no update

So, I see a lot of disappointed posts regarding support updates.My personal point of view is that: paid for tool for cars supported at the time. If I get new models that's just a bonus.I would be 100% happy if device would work for all described cars up to 2016 (date when I have purchased it), but unfortunately it doesn't and seems no support :-(Fiat 500L 2014 - oil degradation level - device will hang, reset is not done. Sadly no any updates.I'M NOT EXPECTING NEW MODELS, BUT IT SHOULD WORK WITH ABOVE - IT DOESN'T :-( -

Hi, the802 has only cars in his system about 4 years before the date of purchase. But
after a yearly free update it climbs one year,so if you update it now it does cars as
young as 2018.but still not all. If you want better results you must buy a more
expensive tool ( start with a mk808 for instant)
